The CMS is your control centre for managing everything on the app. Each of the different elements are explained in detail in the respective sections.
Based on the user role, some of the elements are not visible to the some users. The superadmins have access to everything, admins and users have restricted access. You can find details about the same
As soon as you sign in to your CMS Account, the first thing that appears on your screen is the CMS Dashboard. The Dashboard is a summary of your account activity. It gives an overview of the current account status with important number and recent trends for the different features. Clicking on any of the graphics or numbers will take you to the respective section.
Options pertaining to configuring the CMS, namely - Defining departments, adding and managing CMS users etc are included under the CMS Management Tab.
It allows you to define and manage app users. You can add fields which users have to fill as profile information and can also add audiences to segregate app users into groups. Home Page Customisation and App rebuilding options are also available under this tab.
The features selected by you are listed on the panel on the left side of the screen
On the top right of your screen, you will find settings related to profile management and Payments Management (If you have opted for Business Centre Feature)
You will find a Chat Box at the bottom left of the screen. Incase you have any query regarding the CMS functionality or are facing any problem while using the platform - you can type in your doubts in the chat box.
