CMS Roles
There are three kinds of roles which can be assigned to the new CMS Users being added based on their access rights
Superadmins
They have access to and can edit everything irrespective of the departments to which they belong
Admins
The access rights of the admins are restricted to resources belonging to their own department.
They:
Can only add users and admins to their own department
Cannot add new departments
Cannot build app again
Cannot see resources present in Broadcasts, Information Center, Business Center and Forms which belong to other departments. Can't also add resources to other departments
Cannot see the settings section in the profile menu
Can only add categories to their own department
Admins can see the feature module menu on the left. In CMS management, only Categories and CMS Users visible. In App management, only app user fields and app users section is visible. They cannot add new user profile fields but can add app users (internal apps)
Users
Users have the least privileges in terms of access. They can see the feature modules on the left side.
Users cannot see resources present in Broadcasts, Information Center, Business Center and Forms which belong to other departments. They also can't add resources to other departments
In App management, only app user fields and app users section is visible. They cannot add new user profile fields but can add app users (internal apps)
