Targeted Communication and Restricted Visibility

While sending out a Broadcast or creating any new resource (folders, pages, forms, payment links, product categories), you can control who is able to see them. There are multiple ways you can do this:

Everyone

All of your app users would be able to see the concerned resource.

Groups

You can target specific specific groups of app users based on their audience or their selection of an select user field (it will take an intersection of selections). For example if your profile fields are Gender (Male and Female) and City (Delhi, Mumbai) and you choose Male and Delhi, then all the Male users from Delhi will be able to see the resource (provided they have filled in the profile fields)

Specific Users

This allows you to narrow down app users by their number. You can search using number or names and select multiple users. Only the selected app users will have access to the resource

Bulk Users

This is used when you want to add multiple users and have the individual numbers of all the targeted users. The numbers are added in one line each. After sending the broadcast, you receive a feedback about the failed deliveries if the numbers added in the list were not present in the app user list.
